Q: Are you factory or trading company ?
A: Of course we are factory, our factory located in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China .
Q: What's your trade terms and payment term?
A: Our trade term is EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF. Payment term is 50% deposit by T/T before mass production, 30% deposit before loading in the factory, and the balance paid upon receive the copy of B/L(L/C at sight is available).
Q: How about the fire resistance time?
A: Up to 120minutes.
Q: What kind of certificate your products carried?
A: Right now tested and certified to BS476part 22 & EN1634 part 1, and UL will be in near future.
Q: What is the thickness of this door?
A: Door leaf minimum thickness 0.6mm; door frame minimum thickness 1.0mm. Other custom thickness are acceptable.
