Graphite plugged oilless bushing is made of cast bronze alloy base material with special solid lubricants plugged. The base metal withstands high load and the graphite provide self-lubrication. This type of self-lubricates bush shows excellent performance without pre-lubrication under conditions of extreme high/low temperature with low speed. JDB graphite plugged oiles bearing provide a maintenance free bearing solution, particularly for high load, intermittent of oscillating motion.
Graphite plugged bronze bushings are a complete line of self-lubricating bushings that excel whenever standard lubrication is impractical, including heavy-duty, high load applications. They are made from a variety of bronze alloys including C95400 aluminum bronze, C93200 bearing bronze, and C86300 manganese bronze.
The Plug Graphite Bronze Bushing is able to withstand high temperatures up to 300℃.
The self-lubricating feature allows bearings to be used where oiling is difficult, expensive to implement, and where grease/oil cannot be used. Excellent lubrication is achieved even under high loads at low speeds.
